Our Company has a Maintenance Coordinator who handles
and is responsible for the securing of vacant properties, property preservation, utilities, repairs and the maintenance
of our REO properties. Our Maintenance Coordinator is also responsible for verifying Vendor charges, Payment of
Vendor charges, and preparation/documentation of payments for submission to our clients for reimbursement. Our
Maintenance Coordinator also screens potential vendors prior to becoming an "approved vendor" for our
Company. These "approved vendors" are committed to abide by a high standard of service and to offer the
very best value. They also maintain a file of the vendors’ business & contractor’s licenses along with copies
of their Workers Comp coverage and Bonds.
